1. How do I sign up for a webinar?

After buying the webinar on our website, you will receive an activation code by email. Log in to live-webinars.com/code-page using the code and email address you entered when you placed your order. After logging in, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for one of the available webinar dates. After selecting the date, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your participation and a link to the webinar.

2. Will the webinar work on my computer?

For each webinar, in the Requirements tab, we specify all hardware and system requirements. If your computer complies with these specifications, every webinar you purchase will work properly. However, if something goes wrong, please contact us at contact@tgglobalservices.com

3. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept online payments via PayPal. For users who appreciate traditional forms of payment, we have also provided the possibility of paying payments made on delivery

4. How long are the webinars?

The webinars typically last between 2 and 3 hours. We specify the duration next to each webinar. As webinars are live events, their duration and the duration of the thematic blocks discussed may differ slightly from the times given on the website

5. Will there be breaks during the webinar?

No, our webinars are held without any breaks.

6. When do the webinars take place?

Each of our webinars takes place every 1-2 weeks. You can choose a specific date after purchasing the webinar in your customer panel

7. What if the webinar does not take place?

If for any reason we are unable to complete the webinar you will be given the opportunity to sign up for another date or choose the refund option

8. Do I need to mute myself during the webinar?

No - we'll take care of that for you. As an attendee, you are automatically muted.

9. Can I give someone an webinar activation code even though I purchased it using my email address?

Unfortunately not, to fully use our webinars you need access to the email box where the activation code has been sent.

10. Will I be able to postpone the agreed date if circumstances prevent my participation?

Yes, if you can not participate in the selected date, please contact contact@tgglobalservices.com. We will offer you an alternative webinar term.
