To explain what UX (user experience) is and why it’s so important, let’s start with an example. Now, imagine you’re going to a website of a clothes store. You’re looking at its product range and want to buy something. You click on a selected item, examine it, but you can’t find a description anywhere or choose the relevant size. You keep looking and looking for it and... you finally leave the site. Will you visit that website again? We really doubt that.
You need to know that frustration at an incomplete website was caused by an UX element that was left out at the design stage. And that’s a factor that will enable a customer to go through the purchase process smoothly and complete it, making a payment.
But, let’s start with who should take care of making the use of a website convenient. This is the role of a UX designer, i.e. a person whose task is to create a design that meets the customer’s needs. And this includes taking care of customer comfort, satisfaction, and facilitating the purchase process. But, how does a UX designer know which features will make it easier for people to navigate a website or a mobile application? This is what our live-streamed webinar is about.

UX designer is something of a scientist. This role is a combination of analytical thinking and a technical approach. The outcome is an interface that the visitors should simply love.
